Who we are.

Namo Builders has been building in and around Tirupati for 15 years — houses, commercial buildings and approved plotted layouts.

Most of our work comes from people who saw a house we built for someone they know. That's the only marketing that has ever really worked for us, and it only works if the building holds up.

How we quote

You get a rate per square foot of built-up area, and a written breakdown of what it covers before anything starts. If the specification changes, the quote changes, and we tell you before we do the work — not after.

What we won't do

We won't take on a site we can't supervise properly. If your land is far enough out that we can't get someone there regularly, we'll say so and you should find a builder who can. A supervisor who visits once a month is worse than no supervisor at all.

Approvals

We handle TUDA and panchayat sanction as part of a turnkey package. On our own plotted ventures we print the approval status — DTCP, TUDA, panchayat or unapproved — on the listing itself, so you can judge it before you visit.
